D'or Nail Spa Cash Giveaway Raffle
1. Introduction
By entering the Cash Giveaway Raffle (the "Raffle"), participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
This Raffle is operated by
D'or Nail Spa. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding and should be
carefully
reviewed before entering the Raffle.
2. Eligibility
● The Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By using the
services
of our nail salon, custom
● Employees, salon technicians, as well as their immediate family members, are NOT eligible to
participate.
● Participation is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
● To enter the Raffle, participants will receive raffle ticket(s) for completing the following
actions:
- + Spending:
- $40 or more: Receive 1 ticket;
- $79 or more: Receive 2 tickets;
- $125 or more: Receive 3 tickets;
- $150 or more: Receive 4 tickets,
- + Tag Friends on Facebook:
- Tag 1 friend to receive 1 ticket;
- Tag max. 3 friends to receive 3 tickets,
- + Leave a Google Review: Provide a 5-star review on Google to receive 1 ticket,
- + Share our Anniversary post on the Salon's Facebook Fanpage: Receive 1 ticket
- + Check-in on Facebook when using services at our salon: Receive 1 ticket
- + Purchase Gift Cards:
- Buy a $40 gift card to receive 1 ticket;
- Buy a $79 gift card to receive 2 tickets;
- Buy a $100 gift card to receive 3 tickets,
- + Like & Follow the Salon's Facebook Fanpage & Instagram: Receive 1 ticket.
● Tickets will be available starting from
August 04th, 2025.
● All entries must be submitted no later than 12 hours prior to the Raffle date.
● There is no limit to the number of entries per person. A participant may receive multiple tickets based on
the
criteria listed above.
4. Prize
● The total prize pool for the Raffle consists of the following:

Raffle Event from August 04th to August 23rd, 2025:
+ 1 Grand Prize: $400 in cash.
+ 1 Second Prize: $200 gift card.
+ 3 Additional Prizes: $50 gift card each.
- Raffle Event from August 25th to September 13th, 2025:
+ 1 Grand Prize: $600 in cash.
+ 1 Second Prize: $300 gift card.
+ 3 Additional Prizes: $50 gift card each.
- Main Raffle Event from September 15th to October 11th, 2025:
+ 1 Grand Prize: $1,000 in cash.
+ 1 Second Prize: $400 gift card.
+ 3 Additional Prizes: $50 gift card each.
● The prizes will be awarded to the winner(s) selected in a random drawing.
● Participants in our multi-week raffle are eligible for only one special cash prize per week. If a
participant wins a cash prize in one week, they cannot win another in subsequent weeks to ensure fairness.
However, those who win a special prize during the weeks may still compete for all prizes in the final event,
including cash prizes. All raffle participants have an equal chance to win any prize in the final event.
● Since this is a lucky draw raffle, participants are eligible to win multiple prizes, provided they do not
violate the "Grand Prize Limitation" stated above.
● Gift card prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form
of compensation.
5. Drawing and Winner Notification
● The winner(s) will be selected through a random drawing on
August 23rd, September 13th and October
11th, 2025.
● The winner(s) will be notified via phone and text message (SMS), and their information (name and last four
digits of the phone number) will be publicly posted on our salon's Facebook Fanpage within 24 hours after the
drawing.
● If the winner(s) does not respond within three (03) business days for cash prizes or ten (10) business
days for
gift card prizes, an alternate winner(s) may be selected.
● The winner(s) may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility, including the winning
ticket(s).
6. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional
purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Taxes and Fees
● Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the receipt or use of
the prize.
● The Organizer may withhold or deduct taxes, as required by applicable laws.
8. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
● Provides false or misleading information.
● Violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
● Attempts to manipulate the Raffle process.
9. Limitation of Liability
● The Organizer is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or problems in the Raffle process,
including but
not limited to technical failures, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.
● The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not
limited to
direct, indirect, or consequential loss, arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance of the prize.
10. Cancellation or Suspension
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances
or if the Raffle cannot be conducted as planned. In such cases, the Organizer will attempt to provide notice to
all participants.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Nashville,
Tennessee.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Raffle shall be resolved in the courts of
Nashville,
Tennessee.
12. Privacy
By entering the Raffle, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the
Organizer's privacy policy. The personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering
the Raffle and awarding the prize.
